Lokkathon #11

On Sep 28, we held Lokkathon session for the 11th times at our LLC (Hatsudai, Tokyo) office, FJORD.

Major outcomes:

Created basic authentication plugin (@komagata).

Created redirect plugin (@jishiha).

Created instant_plugin plugin and redirect plugin (@tkawa).
